“ San Diego Flood Restoration has been my absolute lifesaver! My house flooded, when the washing machine flooded, and I had two inches of water through my entire downstairs in 20 minutes. Thom and his team were there within the hour! they made sure that every ounce of water was removed from the premises, and took every care to make sure that there was not even a hint of mold! Thom held my hand through the entire insurance claim process, and made every single part easier. Two other times I had issues in my house, Thom was the first guy to call. He is the nicest guy in the whole world, and I would recommend him to anyone! His prices are amazing! He has always made sure to take good care of me as far as making sure that I get the best deal, and makes sure that I am not overcharged. An honest contractor! Probably the last one on the planet! I highly highly recommend this company!”

The had the cleanup started before we could even get home and continued until everything was safe and dry. Things were moved before they could get ruined and when the floors were replaced were moved back. The repair work was amazing. Walls looked as if they hadn't been touched. Flooring was back better than it had been. We are so pleased with Tom and his crew and have been telling everyone we know that they should call Tom if they have a similar emergency. “ I was in Bali for my wedding when I got a call from a neighbor that my house has extensive smoke damage due to someone leaving bably bottles cooking on the stove and had gone out. Fortunately the fire put itself out just before the fire department arrived. A local real estate agent and friend recommended SD Flood Restoration. Using Skype from Bali, Tom and I was able to connect several times a day to solve the problems involved with this kind of major damage. He had to contract to send out all the artwork, furniture, rugs, etc to be cleaned. All the walls had to be cleaned and deorterized. All the clothes had to be sent to the cleaners. The kitchen and entire downstairs had to be painted. I couldn't have done a better job in such a time frame (3 weeks) if I had cancelled my wedding and flown home. If anything like this ever happens to you, call Tom immediately. He coordinated all the payments with my insurance company and worked with them from start to finish. Write this company down! “ I rarely give 5 stars but Tom and his crew deserve it. We recently moved back into our house after 9 months adding an addition. Within 3 days we had two independently sourced floods on our new hardwood floors. After the first one, I called the first flood damage service I could find. Big mistake. They were the worst service provider I have seen in a long time. After their dehumidifiers leaked on our floors for the second time, I Yelped damage restoration and found San Diego Flood Restoration. Tom showed up late in the evening and immediately replaced the other company's equipment. Then he and his crew returned the next day, did a very thorough and well documented analysis and recommended a course of action. It was very comprehensive in scope, but if it worked it would save us from pulling up the floor. (Which the only thing the other company would recommend). They also went underneath the house into the crawl space and and cut holes below the cabinets for ventilation. They then showed up, when promised, for the next two days to monitor progress. In the end it worked and we don't have to pull up flooring. Prompt, courteous, professional, did what they said they would and did not create unreasonable expectations. I would highly recommend them.”
